• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Project Payments & Billing

Payment structures for our agency services typically follow project milestones, retainers, or agreed subscription plans (monthly/annually).

• All invoices and charges must be paid through our verified payment gateways (cards, bank transfers, or mobile financial services).
• Work on active phases or delivery of source code/assets may be paused if milestone payments are delayed.
• Ababily reserves the right to modify pricing models with prior notice to active clients.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the intensive creative, strategic, and technical resource allocation involved in design and development projects, payments made for completed milestones or active retainers are generally non-refundable.

If a project is canceled midway, clients are billed for the percentage of work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any exceptional refund evaluations will be processed within 7 to 14 business days if approved.

5. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious intent. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our web infrastructure or server environments.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, custom source codes, brand assets, and designs on ababily.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Ababily until full project payment is cleared. Upon full payment, the agreed deliverables and transfer rights are assigned to the client as outlined in the specific project contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ababily ensures high-quality delivery and optimum uptime for our web platforms. However, we shall not be held liable for indirect losses, third-party hosting outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond our direct operational control.
